Our aim is to ensure that orders placed before 12pm Mon-Friday are dispatched the same day.
If you place your order after 12pm, we will still try to send the goods out the same day however this will depend on the volume and complexity of the days orders. For more information, please see our delivery costs.
Returns Policy
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase please feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We do require that you email us prior to returning the goods. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. I’ve no idea if this looks like a real African violet, as I’m not familiar with them – but it does look like a real plant of some type! It comes in a nice looking but plain pot which doesn’t detract from the plant. The leaves needed some shaping when unpacked as they were squashed, but this was easy to do without damaging the plant. The leaves and flowers look natural and as it’s not symmetrical the whole effect is very realistic. A pretty artificial plant which won’t die on me. Would definitely recommend
