Our aim is to ensure that orders placed before 12pm Mon-Friday are dispatched the same day.
If you place your order after 12pm, we will still try to send the goods out the same day however this will depend on the volume and complexity of the days orders. For more information, please see our delivery costs.
Returns Policy
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase please feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We do require that you email us prior to returning the goods. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Was looking for a tall planter and after much hunting found this one. Height, shape and colour meet my needs perfectly. However, to avoid using large amounts of growing medium I have inserted a shallower square planter in the top of the tall planter – a neat solution as far as I’m concerned. Not sure how watertight it would be if completely filled with growing medium. It arrived very promptly, well packaged.
