Our aim is to ensure that orders placed before 12pm Mon-Friday are dispatched the same day.
If you place your order after 12pm, we will still try to send the goods out the same day however this will depend on the volume and complexity of the days orders. For more information, please see our delivery costs.
Returns Policy
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase please feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We do require that you email us prior to returning the goods. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. These are simply georgous, incredibly vibrant colours. First one was so nice I bought another two. Not generally a lover of fake plants and flowers but these really are quite exceptional.

This is stunning and will make a feature of a dark corner of the garden. Also, very well packaged on arrival. After about 10 minutes of ‘tweaking’ the leaves and branches into position it looks amazing.

Very nice but be warned it is very bright. I’m hoping time will fade it some. I have had to reglue with glue gun leaves that come off in the wing. Eventually they will all be restock. But time consuming. Looks good though
