Our aim is to ensure that orders placed before 12pm Mon-Friday are dispatched the same day.
If you place your order after 12pm, we will still try to send the goods out the same day however this will depend on the volume and complexity of the days orders. For more information, please see our delivery costs.
Returns Policy
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase please feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We do require that you email us prior to returning the goods. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This is a superb artificial hanging basket that really does look very real (unless inspecting very closely). It did need some de-tangling and re-arranging as it is packed quite tightly during delivery, but nothing too major.
As the description says, it’s 12 inches in diameter and will fit any normal 12 inch plus bracket.
Would thoroughly recommend.

Good quality and looks real from a distance. It’s only up close that you realise they’re fake. So am generally very pleased with it. The only thing to note, is that after being hung at front of house for 6 months, the colours are fading from the sun. So I don’t think it’s 100% UV resistant.

Ordered 3 of these artificial geranium baskets.
First one arrived & looked really good, just had to tweak the flowers a little.
Then another arrived , this time the basket looked much smaller, but decided to keep it .
Then the last one arrived& again basket was smaller than the first one! again decided to.keep it, after tweaking the flowers.
All the same they look good, & save me watering.
