Our aim is to ensure that orders placed before 12pm Mon-Friday are dispatched the same day.
If you place your order after 12pm, we will still try to send the goods out the same day however this will depend on the volume and complexity of the days orders. For more information, please see our delivery costs.
Returns Policy
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase please feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We do require that you email us prior to returning the goods. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This was so successful as a convincing outdoors plant that another one was bought of a different shape and size but for the same outdoors use.
Provided that the advice to avoid regularly windy or rainy positioning is followed there seems little cause for concern about durability.
These Closer to Nature artificial plants are particularly convincing in effect and are very well-made. Buying a second one on the basis of satisfaction with the first one reflects this particular customer’s confidence and satisfaction in the product.
Well-made, artistically convincing and durable if treated with reasonable care as advised by the supplier suggests good value.

The thing is with this product that it gets shipped in a very narrow box! So when first opening it does’nt really look like the picture that is shown because it has been compressed to fit in the box! I almost sent it back but my mum took it upon herself to spend an hour moving the branches around and even ironing each individual leaf that had been bent out of shape! Finally after all that it now resembles the picture shown! The other thing to note is that the pot and decorative pebbles are not included and your looking at around another £20 to get a nice pot and pebbles!

was very pleased with this plant as it looks very real after spending a bit of time grooming the leaves into postion and best of all it dos’nt need watering.

This is the one to buy, we wanted a bamboo for outside, to enhance our Japanese style garden. We had a real Acer tree that died a young death. We bought this one to replace it. We are very pleased. We bought it also because I don’t need to trim or water it. Guess what, it’s rained nearly every day since. It is a great asset to our scheme.
