Our aim is to ensure that orders placed before 12pm Mon-Friday are dispatched the same day.
If you place your order after 12pm, we will still try to send the goods out the same day however this will depend on the volume and complexity of the days orders. For more information, please see our delivery costs.
Returns Policy
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase please feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We do require that you email us prior to returning the goods. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This is a quality item. It looks so real that a family of Panda’s have moved into my living room !. Fortunately this tree is inedible.
Unfortunately they have eaten all the cornflakes instead
It looks really good in the Planter that we put it in and all our friends now ask, ‘where did you get the Panda’s’ ?.

I think some of the reviewers have been a little carried away with things – it maybe looks “lifelike” from a couple of metres away but is clearly an artificial plant when you’re near it. It seems robust enough though, and only a couple of sprigs have blown off it so far whilst kept outdoors. I wouldn’t leave it somewhere where there’s a lot of wind though as I suspect a few more of the leaves would fall off.

I bought this for my bathroom because it has very little natural light and 3 real plants (even ones that can survive with no light) kept dying. It looks very realistic for an artificial plant. I bought some rocks and a 20cm plant pot and it looks brilliant. Thanks for a great product, definitely worth the money!

I am very impressed with this artificial plant. The leaves look so real with immense detail and some even have imperfections with browning edges. I would highly recommend, you cannot tell it’s fake even upon close inspection.

Exactly what I wanted. Good size, looks pretty realistic and the brown tips add to the realism. Easy to use as soon as it arrived, just needed the branches spreading out a little. I’ve put a few fairy lights in it and it gives a bit of warmth to the room. It also gets lots of positive comments when people visit.

Looks good – comes fixed into a pot so all that is needed to place the pot into a larger, more decorative container and the job is done.

This is a lovely little plant which looks really nice once you have set it up and put in the right container. We are happy with it.
Had a small problem which was caused by the courier company but the supplier dealt with this very promptly and efficiently. Would certainly use this company again. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good artificial plant.

Looks great in my lounge. Bought a white (plastic) pot for it and getting the white stones for the top today. Really pleased with it and with the brown tips it looks very realistic. For the price and the quick delivery I cant fault it.
