Our aim is to ensure that orders placed before 12pm Mon-Friday are dispatched the same day.
If you place your order after 12pm, we will still try to send the goods out the same day however this will depend on the volume and complexity of the days orders. For more information, please see our delivery costs.
Returns Policy
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase please feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We do require that you email us prior to returning the goods. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This looks great and I hope it fairs well in the Portuguese sunshine. I also bought the Aloe Vera. I cannot tell the difference. If it stays green and doesn’t turn blue like my silk flowers leaves I will buy more.

I’m really surprised at the good quality of this faux agave plant for the price!! I do love to have plants and greenery around the house but am honestly too lazy to look after them properly so faux is the obvious solution. However, I usually hate the look of artificial plants, especially in silk which always look old fashioned and funereal to me. The succulents are an exception though, because they look quite solid and waxy in nature they look really good and convincing in faux plants. They’re also really stylish looking. I’ve put mine in a large turquoise pot, covered the top in sphagnum moss to hide the inside pot. Looks absolutely brilliant standing in my hallway. Never needs watering or re potting, hooray. Highly recommend this. Arrived really quickly too.
