Our aim is to ensure that orders placed before 12pm Mon-Friday are dispatched the same day.
If you place your order after 12pm, we will still try to send the goods out the same day however this will depend on the volume and complexity of the days orders. For more information, please see our delivery costs.
Returns Policy
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase please feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We do require that you email us prior to returning the goods. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. I bought this as I seem to be incapable of keeping house plants alive, so I thought this would add something to my set of otherwise struggling house plants. It’s very good quality – looks real. Just like in the picture. But it’s very small – much smaller than I was expecting. I know the size is stated in the description – but I guess I didn’t look at it properly, which is my fault.
Delivery was prompt so no complaints there.

I had a bit of space on a shelf that I thought would suit some ‘flowers’. I bought this alongside the Golden Yellow Chrysanthemum Plant and the White Marguerite Daisy Plant to fill the space.
I wish that this plant came in an attractive plant pot as the others did. It does look nice and does not look as obviously artificial as the Daisy does. I would definitely recommend this- although I think the RRP is a bit too much.
Overall I am quite pleased with the effect these plants give, and do quite like this particular one.

I am currently redecorating my bathroom and this artificial plant is a perfect colour match as a decoration. I am hopeless at keeping real plants so was glad to find something like this that looks the part. I was complimented on my decor and this ornament was specifically mentioned by my guest. My only niggle is that it is a little bit smaller than I had hoped and expected. I also was not sure of why the word ‘silk’ was in the title description as they are a form of plastic. Overall, I am happy with the product and glad that I purchased it.
